About Mike: I was given my first set of drums, a litte three pc blue metallic set, when I was 5 yrs old so I would quit denting my Moms pots and pans. I am self taught and just try to keep learning. My first drumming gig was playing in church from the age of 8 to 18. I sold my kit and joined the Air force for about ten years. I've sat in a few times for house bands at local bars. My wife got me a set for xmas and I am now able to get my chops back and learn some new techniques.
