My name is NO-NO LOOX, and I'm looking for a solid drummer for my band Drag-Strip-Hookers. If you're a m/f drummer living or relocating to NYC and want to play in a dirty balls out PUNK/GLAM/METAL band and really want to do something this may be for you! I'm looking for someone with solid beats and DBL BASS is a plus! But not the most important thing. You should be someone who really wants to do something, and willing to work hard to get there. I want to rehears at least 3x's a week and what ever we can do after that. You should be someone that wants to put on an eciting kind of show. I'm going to great lengths to develope this thing and it's gonna be a lot of fun and real wild! A MOTLEY CRUE show compressed down to a smaller stage. 21+ please, and if you're in your 30's that's fine. Just have some of you looks left. But if not this band requires a ton of makeup. So it may not matter if you look like a fucking pitbull or not. I'm looking for people with a good attitude and easy to work with. But I may be asking a lot now.lol. I have a record in production and it's almost done. (I don't wait around for much.) I'd like to get that stuff down and get going on new songs/recordings and start playing out.

JANE FRIDAY an established all female rock band with pop/punk/indie influences are looking for a new drummer ASAP. We will be recording in the next few months, and play 2-3 shows per month (no pay). Must have own transportation and equipment, and minimum drama! Must be at least 21 and look between 21-25 (so young lookin' 30 something’s welcome ;>)! We are very fun and energetic, but take our music seriously.
The Los Angeles based rock band, Jane Friday was originally formed in Bakersfield, CA seven years ago by Lindsay Parks and Lee Hendricks. After a brief hiatus, the band re-grouped in L.A., bringing back drummer Kelly McElwain and adding Lauren Faccidomo on bass and Treena Lawrence on guitar. Their sound is a mixture of Pop, Rock, Punk and a touch of 80's Hair Bands, the basis of everything you ever wanted in a band! Playing live is something Jane Friday thrives on delivering an always memorable show of comedy, rock and beauty. Jane Friday continually writes new music, and uses their personal influences to write the passionate, hard hitting songs they are known for today.

33yo guitarist/vocalist looking to preferably form lo-fi, analog loving, bliss rock trio when I move to Tucson in a couple of months (work, U of A engineering grad school). I want to put out the feelers now to see if there is any interest. Looking for a F (or M) drummer and bassist. I'd like to see if there is interest from females since it's hard to find female musicians and I think they're under represented in the cliche "man-rock" world. This is for fun, not career.
